ARDAA is the umbrella organization of Local Chapters throughout the world. These chapters constitute working committees/groups that carry out the mission and mandate of ARDAA at the grass-roots level.

The purpose of the Chapters of the Corporation is to stimulate activity in meeting the mission and mandate of the Corporation through the activity of members located in a community or within a limited geographical area.
